so wotif has these "secret" deals... where they can't tell you what the hotel is but it's like CHEAP deals... ie... $134/night for a 4 star in the cbd,...

Nah, I think I like Causeway better. I don't trust when they say Melbourne CBD. They consider everything CBD from Southbank up to Carlton.
